We offer 2 different options when using our high quality, low-rate PC to Phone service.

The first is our web-based dialler. Using the latest technology, you are able to make cheap phone calls through our web site, with no software to download. This is ideal when using a PC away from home (e.g. in Internet Cafes) and you are unable to download software to the machine you are using.

If you prefer, you can download the free software dialler. This option provides the same high quality calls as the web-based service, but removes the need to access our web site each time, so is the favoured option of customers using the service from their own PC.

When you sign up for an account, the login details we send you will work with either option and you can interchange between the 2 at any time. Your account can be used anywhere in the world, as long as the PC you are using meets our technical requirements.

CrazyFoon can now offer services using the latest IP devices, such as the Cisco ATA. These low cost devices connect directly to your broadband internet connection and remove the need to make calls using your PC. They are ideal for call shops, internet cafes, business or even home use. Customer can also benefit from free calls using these devices!

If you already have a device, we can help you to configure it and connect it to our network.

You can now have a phone to phone conversation without needing to be at your pc for the duration of the call, using our web callback service. This is particularly useful when you want to have a conversation away from your pc, if you pay for your time online (dial-up services) or if your ISP has blocked the use of pc2phone services.

Simply login, go the callback page and enter the 2 phone numbers you want to join together to talk. Once the calls are in progress, there is no need to stay by your pc, allowing you to conduct your call anywhere! The same low rates are used for callback, as for our pc2phone service, but remember that as 2 calls are made, you will be billed for each call.

CrazyFoon also provides a callback service to users who want to use our services when away from their PC.

Callback allows registered users to send an SMS message from their mobile phone to our server containing the number they wish to call and the number they wish to be called back on. Our server will then make 2 calls - one back to the caller, the other to the called party and the 2 separate calls are then joined together, allowing the 2 parties to talk! Customers can also register their mobile phone number with their account, then our system will automatically call back their registered number and the number specified in the SMS.

This is particularly beneficial to users:
- who are traveling and away from their computer
- who's internet service provider has blocked internet telephony
- that don't have regular access to a computer
but who want to benefit from CrazyFoon very low international call rates.

Customers can also trigger the call by logging in to the relevant page on our website and entering the 2 numbers.
